How can I open an account?

What is the minimum amount to open an account?

Zero Dollars. No minimum required.

How can I cancel/close my Dub Hub account?

Find the "Close Account" link in "Profile" and follow the prompts. Please send us your feedback afterwards.

Which bank can I use to add an account?

Any standard U.S. national bank qualifies to be added.

Can I have more than one Dub Hub account?

At this time we are only offering a single Virtual Checking Account. You will be able to generate more virtual checking accounts within the app in an upcoming version.

Does the e-Wallet have an expiration or need to be renewed?

As long as your account is active it will never expire or need to be renewed.

How do I request a refund for a charge to my card?

Since you are loading your own wallet account, there are no refunds.
